摘要 任务型教学是一种比较新的外语教学方法，起源于2 0 世纪7 0 年代，九十年广泛应 用于外语教学。任务型教学强调“做中学( 1 e a r n i n gb yd o i n g ) ”，其核心就是“用语言 做事( d o i n gt h i n gb yt h el a n g u a g e ) ”，把语言应用的基本理念转化为具有实践意义的课 堂教学方式。它是最有效的教学方法之一，它提供学习者良好的学习环境，充足的学习 时间和学习机会。 威利施( w i l l i s ，1 9 9 6 ) 任务型教学模式是前任务( p r e t a s k ) 、任务轮( t a s kc y c l e ) 和语 言焦点( l a n g u a g ef o c u s ) - - 个阶段，按照这个模式进行教学，应该把课堂教学分为三个步 骤：前任务阶段教师向学生介绍话题和任务，并给学生思考时间。任务轮阶段让学生为 完成任务而尽其所能地运用所学的语言知识。语言焦点阶段学生进一步学习、巩固和掌 握前阶段所运用的语言的某些特征。因此，学生从一开始就非常明确任务是什么，在任 务的驱动下学习新的语言，更深层地参与语言学习。笔者应用了威利施的任务型教学模 式，在沈阳市一八二中学的二年级进行教学实验以验证在城郊初中英语写作的有效性。 设计两个问题：1 、任务型教学能提高城郊初中生的英语写作能力吗? 2 、任务型教 学能使城郊初中生增强写作自信心吗? 为了回答上述问题，就任务型教学法在城效初中英语写作中的应用进行了定性和定 量的综合分析。通过运用s p s s l 4 0 对实验测试和问卷调查的数据进行比较和分析，内 容包括：首先，对实验班和控制班的前测和后测成绩对比分析。然后，对学生的自信心、 写作态度、写作方法和写作难度进行问卷调查，通过对前测、后测成绩和问卷调查结果 对比分析，了解对象之间是否存在显著性差异，同时运用“t 检验 ，得出写作成绩与 任务型教学是否有相关性的实证性结论。最后，进行访谈，所有访谈结果都来自于实验 班的学生，从学生的回答中，进行定性分析，得出学生对任务型教学的看法和态度。 实验结果表明，任务型教学的写作任务有利于学生的语言学习，通过做各种各样与 真实世界相联系的任务，学生的写作能力得到提高。实验班的多数学生掌握了写作技能， 以快乐的方式学习写作，对写作充满信心，最终提高了英语写作水平。学生通过相互帮 助，在活跃、支持、民主的气氛罩成功地完成写作任务，增强了学生的合作精神。这说 明在广大的城郊中学采用任务型教学是可行的。 关键词：任务教学；城郊初中；英语写作 i i i a b s t r a c t t a s k b a s e dl a n g u a g et e a c h i n g ( t b l t ) i sar e l a t i v e l yn e w a p p r o a c hw h i c ho r i g i n a t e di n t h e19 7 0 sa n dh a sg a i n e dc o n s i d e r a b l ec u r r e n c yi nt h e19 9 0 s i te m p h a s i z e st h ea p p r o a c ho f l e a r n i n gb yd o i n g ，w h o s ec o n c e r ni sd o i n gt h i n g sw i t ht h el a n g u a g e ，a n dt u r n st h eb a s i c c o n c e p to fl a n g u a g eu s ei n t op r a c t i c a lc l a s st e a c h i n gm e t h o d i ti so n eo ft h em o s te f f e c t i v e a n dm e a n i n g f u ll a n g u a g et e a c h i n ga p p r o a c h e s i tp r o v i d e sl e a r n e r sw i t hf a v o r a b l el e a r n i n g e n v i r o n m e n t ，a d e q u a t et i m ea n do p p o r t u n i t i e sf o rl e a r n i n gt h el a n g u a g e w i l l i s ( 19 9 6 ) t a s k -
