49、cords on the spot.Findings of survey showed that there were two cracks in the wall of thewharf, some surface cement came off the wall and one pillar was slightly damaged because of the sudden dash.Afterwards, the port authority claimed/demanded U.S.$ 30,000 of compensation from the shipowner for the
