Methods 64 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted in this hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were studied， the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively -精选财经经济类资料- -最新财经经济资料-感谢阅读- 3 analyzed， and the patients were divided into control group and research group. The control group adopted basic treatment， the research group adopted basic treatment and TCM treatment， and then the clinical therapeutic effects of both groups were compared. Results Rising degree of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve MNCV SNCV of both groups was significantly different （P0.05） ； 17 cases in the research group were obviously effective， 13 cases were effective， 2 cases were ineffective， accounting for 53.12%， 40.63%， 6.25% respectively， so the clinical effective rate was 93.75%； 14 cases in the control group were obviously effective， 11 cases were effective， 7 cases ineffective， accounting for 43.75%， 34.37%， 21.88% respectively， and the total effective rate was 78.12%. Conclusion The curative effect of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with TCM treatment is prominent， patients limb motor， nerve function and quality of life can be significantly improved.
