隔断工程应用材料品种、规格、颜色以及隔断构造固定办法应符合设计规定。Asperthedrawings，settinglinesonthecleanedfloorforthewalllocatinganddrawingoutthelocationsofdoors，windowsandpreformedopenings.

letely.Mainconstructionmachineincludes：profilecuttingmachine，pistoldrill，impactdrill，level，anglesquare，powderlinebag，screwdriver，linemakingstylusandetc.施工机具准备齐全并可用于施工，重要施工机具备：型材切割机、手枪钻、冲击电钻、水平尺、角尺、粉线袋、螺丝刀、划线铁笔等。Basepreparation：Clearbarrierontheroofandallaround.Fixingpointforlightingsandetc.mustbemakewellaccordingtodesignrequirement.Inspectcircuitofinstalledduct，fireworkandelectric.Andcheckifpressuretest，externalinsulationandpreservationhavebeenperformed，afterwhichceilingsysteminstallationcanbestarted.基层解决：清除顶棚及周边障碍物，对灯饰等承重固定支点，应按设计规定做好。检查已安装好通风、消防、电器线路，并检查与否做完打压实验或外层保温、防腐等工作。这些工作完毕后方可进行吊顶安装工作。2.2ConstructionProcess施工工艺Layoutofstudandframe-→hangerrodfixing→levelingstudandmetalfameinstallation→metalceilingtileinstallation→trimtheedge龙骨布置弹线→固定吊杆→安装调平龙骨→安装金属板吊顶板→条边封口Setting-outandmarking：Settingoutistomarkelevationlineandjoistlayout.Normallytheelevationlinecanbemarkedtothewallandcolumnwherethealuminumangleshallbefixedto.Thealuminumangleactsassealingtotheceilingedgeandtrimthemargintobecompleteandflat，whichcanbepeggedbycementnailorpoweractuatedsettingdevice.Iftheceilingelevationsaredifferent，thenthepositionforchangemustbemarkedtotheslab.Ifthepanelsizeisbiggersquare，justfixlierneribonthebackofthepanel.Iftherigidityisgoodenough，deformingwillnothappenthoughthespacingbetweenjoistisbigger，whichisnotapplicableforthethinnerstrippanel.Thusthespacingbetweenjoistsisnotbiggerthan1.2mnormally，andthespacingofhangerpointistobe1m.划线：放线重要是弹标高线和划出龙骨布置线，标高线普通弹到墙面或柱面，然后将角吕固定在墙或柱面上。角铝作用是天棚边沿部位封口，使之边角部位更加完整与顺直，角铝多用高墙水泥钉固定，也可用射钉固定，如果天棚有不同标高，那么应将变截面位置弹到楼板上。龙骨布置，如果是将板块较大方块，在板背加肢，刚度较好，尽管龙骨间距较大，也不会发生变形。对于很薄板条，是不适当，因此，这种状况龙骨间距普通不适当超过1.2米，吊点控制在1米左右。Hangerfixing；thisincludesfixingwithstructure，selectionofsection，connection&fixingbetweenhanger，joistandstructure.Expansionboltisfixedonthehangerspotwithimpactdrillandthenweldedwiththehanger.Thequalityforhangermountingshouldbeaccordwiththeregulationofexistingnationalcode.Thedesignelevationlinecanbedrewonthewallaroundclearlyandaccurately.Forthehangerspotspacingofmainjoist，recommendtousesystemsolution，risingofarctobeinthemiddle，whichcanbenotlessthan1/200oftheroomspan.Thepositionandelevationofthemainjoistshouldbeadjustedtimelywhenitisinstalled.Thedistancebetweenthehangerandtheendofmainjoistcannotbeexcess300mm.Otherwise，additionalhangersshouldbeincreasedtopreventmainjoistsagging.Whenthehangerconflictswiththeequipment，thestructureofhangershouldberegulatedor，toensurethequalityofceiling.Thehangershouldbestraightandabletobearweight.Whenitisnecessaryforthebuilt-inhangertobelonger，itshouldbelapweldedwellwithfullandevenweldingjoint.Accordingtotherequirementofpanelarrangement，preparespecialjoistforaluminumpanelandconnectedtotheedgeanglewithconnector，whichisfixedonwallaround.Adjustpositionandlevelofjoistcomprehensively.Connectorsshouldbestaggeredjoint.Toleranceforthestaggeredjoint0ffull-lengthjoistcannotexcess11mm.Afteradjustment，allhangingandconnectingpartsshouldbetightened.固定吊杆：吊杆施工重要涉及与构造固定、断面选取、吊杆与龙骨连接、与构造固定办法采用在吊点位置，用冲击钻打膨胀螺栓，然后将膨胀螺栓同吊杆焊接。安装吊顶龙骨基体质量，应符合关于现行国标规定。更具吊顶设计标高在四周墙上弹线，弹线应清晰，位置精确。主龙骨吊点间距应按设计推荐系列选取，中间某些应起拱，金属龙骨起拱高度应不不大于房间短向跨度1/200，主龙骨按装后应及时校正其位置和标高。吊杆据主龙骨端部距离不超过300mm,否则应增设吊杆，以免朱龙骨下坠，当吊杆与设备相遇时应调节吊顶构造或政社吊杆，以保证吊顶质量。吊杆应通直并有足够承载能力，当预埋吊杆与接长时必要搭接焊牢，焊缝均匀饱满，依照板材布置需要，准备铝板专用龙骨，用连接件将其连接在边龙骨应按设计规定弹线，固定在四周墙上。全面校正龙骨位置及水平度，连接件应错位安装，通长龙骨连接处对接错位偏差不得超过1mm。校正后应将龙骨所有吊挂件、连接件拧夹紧，检查安装好吊顶骨架，应牢固可靠。Coordinationforlighting，vent，manholeandmechanicalwork：Forlightaluminumpanelceiling，suspendingsystemforlightingorventareseparatefromthatofceiling.Sprinkler，smokesensor，airopeningandetcshouldbelinkedupwithceilinginosculate.Atthejunctionofmanholeorventwithwallorcolumn，sealingtrimshouldbemadewelltothepanelwithoutexposedstubble，normallybyusingsamecoloraluminumangle.Being2sidedsealingformanhole，2piecesanglesbacktobackshallbefixedwithrivetandframedasperthesizeofperformedhole.关于灯饰、通风口、检查口、机电设施同天棚配合问题：灯饰或风口篦子悬吊系统与天棚选调系统对于轻质铝合金板天棚应当分开，喷淋、烟感、风口等设备与天棚表面衔接要得体、安装吻合。在检查孔、通风口、与墙面或柱面交接部位，板条要做好封口解决，不得露白茬，普通惯用办法是用相似色彩角铝封口。在检查孔部位，因牵涉到两面收口，因此用两根角铝背靠背，拉铆钉固定，然后按预留口尺寸围成框框。Alloweddeviationandtestingmeathod容许偏差和检测办法Item项目Alloweddeviate容许偏差(mm)Testingmethod检查办法Surfacesmoothness表面平整度2Inspectingwith2mlevelscaleandFeelergauge用2m靠尺和塞尺检查BelineofJoint接缝直线度1.5Pull5mline，lessthan5mpullathroughlongline，checkwiththeSteelRuler拉5m线，局限性5m接通线，用钢尺检查Seamheightdifference接缝高低差1Inspectwiththesteelruleandthefeelergauge用钢尺和塞尺检查Section3.0SuspendingPlasterboardCeiling第三节轻钢龙骨石膏板吊顶施工方案3.1WorkConditions作业条件Forin-situconcreteslab，usedia.10mmsteelrodhangerandexpansionbolt，spacingdependondesignrequirement.Whenthereisnotrequirementforspacing，hangersspacingnormallyis900-1200mmaccordingtojoistarrangement.在现浇混凝土楼板中，用10膨胀螺栓钢筋吊杆，间距按设计规定，设计无规定期按大龙骨排列位置，钢筋吊杆普通间距为900-1200mm。3.2Installation吊顶龙骨安装Marking：Accordingtothefloorelevationline，measurethedesignceilingheightverticallyandupwardwithrulerandmarklineofceilinglevelonwallaroundandjoistlayout.弹线：依照楼层标高水平线，用尺竖向量至顶棚设计标高，沿墙四周弹顶棚标高水平线，并沿顶棚标高水平线，在墙上划好龙骨分文献位置线。8mmdiameterhangerwillbeused.10mmexpansionboltwillbefixedtothestructure吊杆用直径为8毫米，10膨胀螺栓打眼固定到构 安装主龙骨时，应将主龙骨用吊挂件连接在吊杆上，打紧螺丝卡牢.主龙骨接长可用接杆体边接。主龙骨安装后进行调平，并应考虑顶棚起拱高度不少于房间短向跨度2%。Sub-joistwillbefixedunderthemainjoistwithhanger，whichtoppartwillbeputonmainjoistandcclipinsertinthemainjoist.副龙骨用吊件固定在主龙骨下面，吊件上端搭在主龙骨上c型腿钳子插入大龙骨中。中龙骨间距按板材尺寸决定，间距≤600mm。Transversestrutwhichmeetandsub-joistatrightangleshallbefittedatthesplicejointoffinishpanel.Transversestrutwillbeconnectedwithsub-joistwithsub-joistconnectors.Transversestrutcanbeinterceptedfromsub-joist.Wheninstallthem，theunderpartofthemmustbeflatsothatthefinishpanelcanbeplaced.横撑龙骨与副骨垂直，装在罩面板拼接处，横撑龙骨与副龙骨连接，采用副龙骨连接件，再安装演变一行龙骨。横撑龙骨可用副龙骨截取，安装时横撑龙骨应与副龙骨底面平顺，以便安装罩面板。3.3.PlasterboardPlacing：安装罩面板Beforeinstalltheplasterboard，checkthemountedjoistframeandplasterboardifuptomustard.Andthentostart.Forthisproject，12mmgypsumplasterboardwillbeused.Plasterboardwillbefixedwithjoistbyscrews.Undertheinstalledandcheckedjoistframe，considerthesizeoftheplasterboardwith5mmclearanceandsnappiecebypiece.Thenstartmountingthefirstplasterboardfromthemiddlepartofceilingasthebenchmarkandproceedworkintwosidesseparately.Screwspacingforfixingtheplasterboardis150mmandtheheadwillburiedintheplasterboard0.5mm.罩面板安装前要对已安装完龙骨和罩面板材进行检查，符合规定后方进行罩面板安装，本工程先用12mm纸面石膏板。罩面板与轻钢骨架固定方式为，自攻螺钉式固法：在已装好并经验收轻钢骨架下面，按罩面板规格，拉开间缝，石膏板间缝隙为5mm，进行分块弹线，从顶棚中间顺副龙骨方向开始先装一块罩面板，做为基准，然后向两侧伸延分行安装，固定罩面板自攻螺钉间距为150mm，螺丝头埋入板面0.5mm。Section4.0AcousticFibrousBoardCeiling第四节矿棉板吊顶施工方案4.1CeilingBoardInstallationProcedure吊顶安装顺序Definingheight→roommeasurement→mainjoistsize38installationaccordingtothesizeoftheroom→built-infittings&hangerfixing→mainrunnerandsub-joistmounting→electricalcablewiringforlightings→fiberousboardplacing定出标高→测量房间尺寸→依照房间尺寸拉上38主骨吊作线→固定件安装和吊件系→安装主次龙骨→安装电线灯具→安装矿棉板。Todefinetheheightofceilingaccordingtoceilingdesignandmarkthehorizontallinesoastoinstalltrimangle.Normally，Thenailclearanceislessthan400mm.依照吊顶设计定出标高并弹出水平线安装边角，普通可用钢钉间距不不不大于400mm。Theclearancebetweenmainjoistandsub-joistshallbeworkedoutaccordingtothedimensionoftheroomandthesizeofceilingboard.Thehorizontallinewillbeinfixedonthehangerfittingof38mainjoist.Andtheclearancebetweenthemainstudwillbe1000-1200.依照房间尺寸和用矿棉板大小分出主骨和付骨间距，在38主骨吊件位置上挂水平线，主骨间距在1000mm-4.2SuspensionSystemInstallationProcedure悬吊系统安装顺序Accordingtotheeachsettinglocation，thebuilt-infittingwillbefixedtotheroofwithφ6mmexpansionbolt.依照逐个放线位置，把固定件安装在顶面上，可用φ6mm膨胀螺栓把固定件安装上。Theφ6mmsteelbarrodwillbeweldedwithbuilt-infitting，underwhichisthehanginghookof38mainjoist.Andlevelingwiththehorizontalline.用φ6mm钢筋吊杆与固定件焊接上，吊杆下端安装38主骨吊挂，底面与水平线平齐。Install38mainjoistandsub-joistinturnandadjusttobelevel.Thehangershouldbeanti-rustandthemainjoistandsubjoistshouldbestaggeredforthejoint.把38主骨和次骨依次安装上并调平，吊杆应作防锈解决，主骨、次骨按接头要错开。Cablewiringaccordingthelocationofthelightings：Thelightingsmustbefixedtightlyandnotplacedonthesub-joistbuttotheroof.依照灯具位置线路：灯具安装好固定住，注意灯具不要安装在次龙骨上，要与原顶面固定。Finallytheacousticfibrousceilingboardwillbeplaced安装矿棉板吸音板。Section5.0WallRenderingandEmulsionPainting第五节墙面刮腻子、刷乳胶漆施工方案5.1MaterialSelection材料选用Adaptthepaintaccordingtotherequirementofclientandspecificationofdesign涂料选用应依照设计规范或业重规定进行选取。5.2PreparationBeforeWork施工前准备工作Tocheckifthesurfaceoffinishedwallflatanduptostandardofacception检查墙面制成品与否平整，能否达到验收原则。Sitecleaningmustbedonebeforepaintingforcreatingagoodconstructioncondition涂料施工前，必要做好现场清理工作，创造一种良好施工环境。Maketherealconstruction&safetyintentionexplanationtositesupervisor，formanandworkers.由工长对班长和职工进行施工技术和安全等方面施工交底。5.3ConstructionProcess施工流程Basepreparation→Plastering→paintingwithrollerbrushorsprayer表面解决→批腻子→刷(喷)面漆.KeyControlPointofConstruction施工要点a) Settingout：Beforeinstallment，verticalandhorizontalaxialandcontrollinemustbedeterminedfirstandvalidatetheactualprocessingdimension.Confirmifthedimension，specificationisconsistentwithdesignbeforeinstallingthepillasothattoguaranteedtheinstallationsmoothly.放线：安装前一定要先定出纵横轴线、垂直线、控制线，并验证明际加工尺寸。安装柱子前必要确认其尺寸、规格与设计与否相符，保证安装顺利。c)Testinstallation：Conductatestinstallationbeforeformalinstallation，ifdimensionsdonotmatch，thesteelpartsshouldbesenttofactorytoredoorrepair.Adhesiveshouldbeappliedevenly，pressedtightlyfromtheinsidetocommissure，Arrangetheglueandairexhaust，sothatplatecanbecloselybondedwiththebottomplate，extrusionoftheglueshouldbeimmediatelywipewithoutgluemarks.试安装：安装时要先进行试安装，如有尺寸不吻合，应送工厂返工或修理。安装时抹胶要均匀，由里向缝口顺序压紧，排胶排气，使板材与底板贴紧，挤出胶液要及时擦净，不能留有胶痕。d)Installation：Glueapplyingshouldbeevenwheninstalling，pressedtightlyfromtheinsidetocommissure，Arrangetheglueandairexhaust，sothatplatecanbecloselybondedwiththebottomplate，extrusionoftheglueshouldbeimmediatelywipewithoutgluemarks.Colorargonweldingshallbeadaptedandjointweldingshouldbesolid，leavenojointtraceuponrubdownandpolishing.Bendjointwhichcannotbepolisheddoesnotneedtobewelded，butthejointmustbeingoodcondition.安装：安装时抹胶要均匀，由里向缝口顺序压紧，排胶排气，使板材与底板贴紧，挤出胶液要及时擦净，不能留有胶痕。焊接采用彩氩焊接，接口处焊接要牢固，磨平抛光后看不出接口。无法抛光转弯接口不用焊接，但其接口必要相称吻合。6.3ProtectionofFinishedProduct成品保护Protectionmustbedoneafterworkcompletionparticulartopreventahardobjectimpact，fallingdownorbenddamageandotherabnormalphenomena.竣工后一定要做好保护解决，特别要防止硬物撞击,脱落或弯头损坏等异常现象。Section7.0StainlessSteelHandrail第七节不锈钢栏杆施工方案7.1MaterialSelection材料选用AdaptSS304stainlesssteelpipeaccordingtospecificationinbiddingdocuments.按照招标文献规定，采用304不锈钢管。7.2WorkProcess施工流程Theinstallationofhandrailandsubstratetreatmentshallasperthefollowingrules:栏杆安装、基层解决应符合下列规定：a)Theelevation，locationandquantitiesoftheembeddedcomponentsshallasperthedesign&installationrequirements.Theembeddedcomponentsshouldbecorrosive-resistanttreated.Iftheembeddedcomponentsarenotinaccordancewiththerequirements，theeffectivemeasuresshallbetaken.Addorreducethecomponents.预埋件设计标高、位置、数量须符合设计及安装规定，并经防腐防锈解决。埋件不符规定期，应及时采用有效办法，增补埋件。b)Thepositionofinstallingthehandrailpostswherethereisnolooseconcretesubstrate,what’smore，theinstallationelevationmustbeasperthedesignrequirements.Theunevennessofthesurfacemustbechoppedandrepairedflat.Theconcaveplaceandroughsubstratelikehoneycombshallberepairedbyhighstrengthconcreteinsteadofcementmortar.Afterthis，thehandrailcanbeinstalled.安装楼梯栏杆立杆部位，基层混凝土不得有酥松现象，并且安装标高应符合设计规定，凹凸不平处必要剔除或修补平整，过凹处及基层蜂窝麻面严重处，不得用水泥砂浆修补，应用高强混凝土进行修补，并待有一定强度后，方可进行栏杆安装。c)Markthepositionandcentrallineofthehandrailpostsasperdesignandinstallationrequirements按设计及安装规定对的弹出栏杆立杆安装间距位置和中心线。Keypointsfortheinstallationofthestainlesssteelhandrails不锈钢楼梯栏杆、扶手安装操作要点：a)Theinstallationofhandrailpostshallbeproceededasperrequirementsandinupwardorderoftheinkline.Thepostslocatedonbothsidesoftheplatformatthefirststeps.Therearetwoinstallationmethods，weldingandfixingbyscrews.栏杆立杆安装应按规定及施工墨线从起步处向上顺序进行。楼梯起步处平台两端立杆应先安装，安装分焊接和螺栓固定两种办法。b)Whenwelding，theweldingrodmustbethesamekindofmaterialasthemothermaterial.Wheninstalling，thepostshallbetemporarilyfixedbypartlyweldingwiththeembeddedcomponents.Afteradjustingtheelevationvertically，thepostshallbefixedfirmlybytotalwelding.焊接施工时，其焊条应与母材材质相似，安装时将立杆与埋件点焊暂时固定，经标高、垂直校正后，施焊牢固。c)Whenemployingscrews，theopeningattheendofthemetalplateofthepostshallbeprocessedintooblongholeforfearifthelocationoftheexpansionscrewsisinappropriate，theholeshallbeusedforminoradjust.Duringconstruction，inthepositionofinstallingthepost，wheretheexpansionboltshallbedrilledintobyelectricaldrill，thepostshallbeconnectedandpartlyfixed.Ifthereisanydifferencewheninstallingthepost，themetalpadshallbeemployedtoadjust.Afteradjusttheelevationvertically，fixedthescrewcapstight.采用螺栓连接时，立杆底部金属板上孔眼应加工成腰圆形孔，以备膨胀螺栓位置不符，安装时可作微小调节。施工时，在安装立杆基层部位，用电钻钻孔打入膨胀螺栓后，连接立杆并稍作固定，安装标高有误差时用金属薄垫片调节，经垂直、标高校正后固紧螺帽。d)Afterthepostsonbothsidesareinstalled，installtherestpostsbypullingageneralstraightline.Thepostmustbeinstalledtightly.Afterweldingandconnectingbyscrews，alltheconcernedpartsofpointsshallbecorrosivefreeandrustfreetreated，andnotexposed，andatthesametimethedecorationcoveringshallbeinstalledattheends.两端立杆安装完毕后，拉通线用同样办法安装别的立杆。立杆安装必要牢固，不得松动。立杆焊接以及螺栓连接部位，除不锈钢外，在安装完后，均应进行防腐防锈解决，并且不得外露，应在根部安装装饰罩或盖。e)Wheninlayingthefenceboardwithorganicglass，thefenceboardshallbeinstalledafterthepost.Thefenceboardmustbetightlyinstalled，thevertical，thelevelandtheinclinationmustbeasperthedesignrequirements.Wheninstalling，thefenceshallbesetintothechannelonthebothsidesoftheposts.Thejointsbetweenthechannelandthefenceboardsshallbesealedbysilicone.Whenweldingthehandrails，thefenceboardshallbecoveredandprotectedbyfireproofasbestosclothtoavoidtheweldingsplashtodamagethefenceboard.镶配有机玻璃、玻璃等栏板，其栏板应在立杆完毕后安装。安装必要牢固，且垂直、水平及斜度应符合设计规定。安装时，将栏板镶嵌于两侧立杆槽内，槽与栏板两侧缝隙应用硬质橡胶条块嵌填牢固，待扶手安装完毕后，用密封胶嵌实。扶手焊接安装时，栏板应用防火石棉布等遮盖防护，以免焊接火花飞溅损坏栏板。f)Therailshallbeinstalledbywelding(thespecialdimensionexcluded).Theweldingrodshallhavethesamematerialasthemothermaterial.Theinstallationshallst
