3、 200pcs.,工艺要求Process requirements,EVA裁切EVA cutting,EVA裁切是指将整卷的EVA,裁切成组件所需的尺寸。 EVA cutting refers to cutting the entire roll of EVA into desired size.,1.着装 Dressing 操作人员进入组件生产线,着装应符合本公司统一规定和本工位的特定要求(头发不许裸露,必须隐入工作帽内). 4、 (Hair can not come out, need hidden inside the cap.) 2. 作业前准备 Preparation 1)用洁净抹布把工作台清洁干净,台面上无任何与工作无关的物品。 Wipe with a clean cloth to ensure clean, The table without any work-related items before cutting each rool of EVA . 2、将EVA卷安装在指定位置。 Install the EVA roll at the specified location. 3.工具及作业用品 Too

5、ls and operating things. 作业用品应洁净、摆放有序,便于操作,实施定置管理。 Operating things should be clean, orderly place, easy to operate, implement set management. 4.要求: Requirement: 1)、EVA表面干净整洁、无褶皱、明显斑点和油污; EVA surface must be clean, no spots 、obvious fold and oil . 2)、每卷EVA开始裁切的前10张必须进行全检。之后裁切的EVA每10张抽查检验1张; Each roo

10、)背板表面干净整洁、无褶皱、明显斑点和油污; Backsheet surface must be clean, no spots 、obvious fold and oil . 2)每卷背板开始裁切的前10张必须进行全检。之后裁切的背板每10张抽查检验1张; Each rool of Backsheet before cutting the 10 pcs must all inspection.After cutting the Backsheet per 10pcs random inspection 1pcs。 3)手或其他身体部位,不可接触或接近背板(最小距离不得小于30mm); Han

19、or 672module 144pcs)into the cell tray 2)电池片主栅线与装电池片盒栅线标示方向一致。 make sure the cells main busbar and the cell tray at the same direction 3)发现电池有缺角、色差、隐裂等情况,应及时取出防止流入自动线。 if you finding the cell has some defect(corner defect;chromatism;microcrack ect.)pls do not into the tray or machine and pls take ou

20、t. 4)进料传送带上至少放置两个电池片盒,最多放置5个。 pls do not less than 2 cell trays on the feeding conveyor belt and Can accommodate up to 5 trays 5)生产前需对助焊剂喷头进行检测,严禁喷头堵塞; please check and testing the flux sprinkle before machine operation. 6)更换助焊剂时要看助焊剂内有无杂质,添加助焊剂时不可超过最大液位的标识线 pls check the flux whether has impurity b

21、efore flux changing.when you addition flux into the trough. do not excess maximum line.,工艺要求Process requirements,7)注意在拿滚轴铜带时,应将滚轴横放,不允许将滚轴铜带竖直放立。 Please thwart the roller ribbon when your take the ribbon, DO NOT erect the roller ribbon. 8)在打开滚轴铜带时,撕掉固定铜带头的胶带后,应用无尘布沾少许酒精擦拭贴胶带的部位,以免铜带在运行到粘胶带的位置造成自动焊接机

27、及背板表面干净整洁、无褶皱和明显斑点等不良现象; EVA及背板放置数量不得超过50张; Employees need self inspection after process; ensure surface of EVA and back sheet clean and wrinkle-free and no have spots and other undesirable phenomena; EVA and back sheet quantity can not more than 50. 2)隔离块及隔离EVA需放置规定小盒内,一次放置不得超过50张。 TPT and EVA need

33、cess if no have abnormal problem. 2)设备正常运行时严禁触碰急停开关。 No allow to press Emergecy button if no have any problem during operation. 3)打开主开关后,切勿随意打开操作控制盘的门,可能导致触电事故发生。 After opening the main switch, do not arbitrarily open the door of the control panel operation, may result in an electric shock accident.

37、lean up if found adhesive residue. 2)装框前需对铝框及胶量进行检查,铝框外观无明显划痕、变形、变色等不良现象,铝框中胶条连续均匀,无空胶、气泡等不良方可装框。 Need check frame and silicone condition before frame assy,Frame appearance no scratches, deformation, discoloration and other undesirable phenomena, Silicone even, no empty silicone, bubbles and other a

38、dverse. 3)每装2块组件检查一下装框机四角,发现硅胶立即清理. Visually inspect the four corners of framed machine Each time the framed completed 2pcs module,If you find silicone immediate clean up. 4)整个生产过程严禁用手及其他物品触碰、摩擦玻璃表面。 During production process is strictly prohibited and other items by hand touching, rubbing the glass

39、 surface. 5)背板与铝框安装槽接触处的硅胶光滑、平整,确保与铝框粘接可靠。溢胶要均匀、无断线、空胶、气泡、缝隙等不良现象。 Silicone condition between back sheet and frame slot must smooth, flat, aluminum frame ensures reliable bonding. 40、equirements,6)铝框C面任一拼接处合缝长度均必须1cm,最大开口宽度不允许超过1mm;拼接间隙A面不允许,C面为0-0.5mm.组件上下错位0.5mm;组件长度及宽度公差1.5mm;对角线长度小于1M,两对角线之差2mm,对角线长度大约1M,两对角线之差3mm。尺寸及频率由IPQC进行监控。 Aluminum frame C face either stitching at the seam length must be 1cm, the maximum opening width must not exceed 1mm; splicing clearance A plane is

50、sistance inspect by QC, inspection frequency: 1 / shift. 3)设备参数点检由工艺员负责,点检频率1次/班。 Parameters inspection by PE, inspection frequency 1 / shift. 4)、测试过程注意安全,严禁接触组件及工作台! Testing process safety, non-contact components and working station! 5)工作台必须安装接地设施; Must install grounding at work station. 6)四合一绝缘耐压测

51、试仪内置程序需由工艺人员进行设置,员工不允许更改! 4 in 1 tester setting need handle by PE, operator are not allowed to change!,工艺要求Process requirements,7)耐压(DCW)测试参数设置:电压3.6KV,升压时间8S,测试时间1S。合格标准为漏电流50A。 Hi-Pot (DCW) test parameters: voltage 3.6KV, Voltage rise time 8S, test time 1S. Standard criteria for the leakage curren

52、t 50A. 8)绝缘(IR)测试参数设置:电压1KV,测试时间5S。合格标准为面积大于0.1m的组件绝缘电阻值200M面积小于0.1m的组件绝缘电阻值400M; Insulation (IR) test parameters : voltage 1KV, test time of 5 s.Eligibility criteria for the area of more than 0.1 m squared the components of the insulation resistance 200 M area is less than 0.1 m squared or insulati

53、on resistance value 400 M ; 9)接地连续性测试参数设置:电压3V,电流30A,测试时间120 s。合格标准为接地电阻0.1。 Ground continuity test parameters: voltage 3V, current 30A, test time 120s.
