1,手太阴肺经,Lung Meridian of Hand Tai Yin,福建中医学院针灸教研组 主讲人：郑雪峰 E-mail:,大肠,胃的上口,属肺,肺系,胸壁外上方,上臂内侧前缘,入肘,前臂内侧前缘,中焦,(一)经脉的循行,(膈肌),鱼际边缘,拇指末节桡侧端,中府,少商,灵枢经脉,（一）经脉循行 1.肺手太阴之脉，起于中焦; 1.the Lung Meridian originates from the middle energizer, 2.下络大肠 2.running downward to connect with large intestine.,一、手太阴经脉,（一）经脉循行 3.还循胃口 3.Winding back, it goes along the upper orifice of the stomach, 4.上膈属肺。 4.passes upward through the diaphragm,and enters the lung, its pertaining organ.,一、手太阴经脉,5.从肺系，横出腋下 5.From the lung, it comes out transversely from the axilla 6.下循臑7内，行少阴、心主8之前，下肘中 6.running downward along the medial aspect of the upper arm, it reaches the cubital fossa,一、手太阴经脉,7.循臂内上骨下廉，入寸口 7.then it goes continuously downward along the anterior border of the radial side in the medial aspect of the forearm and enters Cunkou. 8.上鱼，循鱼际，出大指之端。 8.Passing the thenar eminence, and going along its radial border, it ends at the medial side of the tip of the thumb.,一、手太阴经脉,9.其之者，从腕后，直出次指内廉，出其端。 9.The branch emerges from the posterior wrist and runs along the dorsum of the hand onto the radial side of the tip of the index finger.,一、手太阴经脉,4、主治概要,脏腑病,肺咳嗽，气喘，咯血等 胸胸闷，胸痛等 喉咽喉肿痛等,呼吸系统,臑臂,上臂 前臂 手,内侧前缘痛、 厥冷、掌中热,经脉病,经脉循行部位,【Indications】Diseases of the lung，chest and throat，etc and diseases of the regions along the course of this meridian,腧穴（Acupoints）,本经共11穴：中府(LU1)、云门(LU2)、天府(LU3)、侠白(LU4)、尺泽(LU5)、孔最(LU6)、列缺(LU7)、经渠(LU8)、太渊(LU9)、鱼际(LU10)、少商(LU11),2,手阳明大肠经,The Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming,经脉循行 大肠手阳明之脉，起于大指次指之端， The Large Intestine Chanel of Hand-Yangming starts from the tip of the index finger, 循指上廉，出合谷两骨之间， proceeding upward along the radial side of the index finger,through the interspace of the first and second metacarpal bones 上入两筋之中， and entering the depression between the two tendons(extensor pollicis longus brevis).,(The course of the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming),and,经脉循行 循臂上廉，入肘外廉， It then goes upwards along the lateral anterior aspect of the forearm and enters the lateral side of the elbow. 上臑外前廉，上肩，出髃骨之前廉， From the elbow it proceeds upwards along the lateral anterior aspect of the upper arm and reaches the highest point of the shoulder joint 上出于柱骨之会上， From there,it crosses the anterior border of the acromion(肩峰） upwards and reaches the Governor Vessel（主动脉）.,(The course of the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming),经脉循行 下入缺盆，络肺，下膈，属大肠。 It then enters the supraclavicular fossa and descends to connect with the lung channel.It continues to travel through the diaphragm further, where it pertains to the large intestine. 其支者：从缺盆上颈，贯颊 ，入下齿中； .Its branch splits from the supraclavicular fossa and runs upwards along the neck,passes through the cheek and enters the gums of the lower teeth.,(The course of the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand-Yangming),经脉循行 还出挟口，交人中 左之右、右之左，上挟鼻孔。 It then curves around the corner of the mouth and intersects at the philtrum with the opposite side of the same channel,with this intersection the channel on the right hand proceeds to the left while the left to right,It finally terminates on the lateral side of the nose.,(The course of the Large Intestine Merifian of Hand-Yangming),主治概要 summary of the indications,头面、五官疾患和热病、皮肤病、肠胃病、神志病 Diseases of the head，face and the five sense organs;febrile diseases, dermatoses, enterogastric disease ,mental illness. 经脉所过部位的病证 conditions along the pathway of the channel.,本经共20穴：商阳(LI1)、二间(LI2)、三间(LI3) 、合谷(LI4) 、阳溪(LI5) 、偏历(LI6) 、温溜(LI7) 、下廉(LI8) 、上廉(LI9) 、手三里(LI10) 、曲池(LI11) 、肘髎(LI12) 、手五里(LI13) 、臂臑(LI14) 、肩髃(LI15) 、巨骨(LI16) 、天鼎(LI17) 、扶突(LI18) 、口禾髎(LI19) 、迎香(LI20) 。,腧穴（Acupoints）,手阳明大肠经小结,1、经脉走向：从食指桡侧端，沿上肢外侧前缘经肩、颈上颜面，止于对侧鼻翼旁。体内支属大肠，络肺。联系的器官有齿（入下齿中）、口、鼻（还出夹口上夹鼻孔）,conclusions,2、取穴要点 食指桡侧甲角旁取商阳。 第一、二掌骨间取合谷。 拇短、长伸肌腱之间凹陷取阳溪。 尺泽与肱骨外上髁之间取曲池。 曲池下两寸取手三里，上7寸取臂臑。 肩峰前下方凹陷取肩髃。 鼻唇沟中取迎香。,3、主要穴位主治 商阳 高热、昏迷 合谷 汗证、滞产 阳溪 头面器官病， 热病 腕痛、踝扭伤 曲池 上肢不遂、热病、瘾疹 臂臑 目疾 肩髃 局部病症 瘾疹 迎香 面疾、胆道蛔虫症,4、操作要点 商阳浅刺或点刺放血。 合谷孕妇慎针。 迎
