ORGANISATIONS-DetailsofOrganisationssetupinCRM

QUEUES-ApplicationsareallocatedtoaqueuedependantontheparentFacultyandSchoolresponsiblefortheprogramme.Usersmaypickoneormoreapplicationstoworkonfromthisscreen.

APPLICATIONS-AselectionofSystemViewswhichallowtheusertoviewlistsofapplicationsatvariousdifferentstages,e.g.Applications–New,Interview–Attended,MyApplications–Decisions.Informationinthisareacanalsobefiltered.

HoveringoverthearrownexttoApplicationsonthenavigationbarrevealsapplicationsrecentlyworkedonbytheuser.ThisfunctionremainseveniftheuserlogsoutoftheCRMandlogsbackinagain.

APPLICANTOFFERS–FurtherSystemViews,informationonApplicantoffers,includingActiveApplicantOffers,InactiveApplicantOffersetc.

REQUESTFORINFORMATION–SystemViewswhichcanbefilteredtoshowRequestsforInformationandtheirstatus.SelectviewrequiredfromtheSystemviewsbox,andrefinebyselectingfromtheDueDatedropdownbox.ThisfunctionalitycanbeusedtomonitoranyoutstandingRFIs.

INTERVIEWS-createascheduleandinvitesingleormultipleapplicantstointerviewsorotherevents.DisplaysalleventscreatedandcanbefilteredusingtheSystemviewtodisplayonlytheeventscreatedbytheuser–MyActiveInterviews.

EnquiriesTab

Theusercanclickintothevariousdifferentstagestocheckbackandforthwithoutmovingtheflag.Howeverallsectionsofthestagemustbecompletedbeforetheflagcanmovetothenextstage.

ThisisalistofgeneralusertipswhichcanbeusedinallareasoftheCRM.Itisintendedthatwithfurtheruseofthesystemthatwewillbuildalibraryofusefultips.PleasefeelfreetoshareanynewusertipswiththeSESProgrammeTeamsotheymaybeincludedinfutureeditionsofthisdocument.

USERTIP:IfyouholddownCtrlonthekeyboardandscrollthemousewheelitzoomsinandoutandchangesthetextsize.Therearefewthingsyouhavetobearinmind,thatyoumayhavetousethescrollbarsalotmore,includingleftandright,butitcouldhelpthosewhoarestrugglingwiththeblack/whitecontrastandeyestrain.
