We did not conduct the structural measurement, no any serious damages were found out during the survey. But we could not point out

21、if the property is rotten, eaten by worms, or any other structural damages. We did not conduct any test for the equipment of the house. We did not conduct the concrete site measurement, so as to verify the area of the house floor, the size, measurement and area indicated in the appraisal report is all subject to the property right documents supply to us.Our report did not consider any property owned mortgage, payment in installment
