6、却水，出水温度要控制在55以内，由于电炉感应线圈的冷却水温度略高，这样反而能够提高电炉的热效率，同时减小冷却装置的体积，进而减低造价。全封闭冷却装置的核心是喷淋蒸发式封闭冷却塔。在冷却塔内部有许多散热盘管，循环水在盘管内部流动，与空气不接触。冷却塔的上部装有喷水口和冷却风机。工作时喷淋水泵将水泵到上部的喷水口，将水呈雾状喷淋到盘管外表面，冷却风机同时抽风，使喷淋水汽化从而带走盘管内循环水的热量。这种先进型式的冷却装置具有很高的换热效率。建议采用FSS-200封闭式循环冷却塔，能大量节约生产场地占地面积。Water cooler: (optional)Builting pools in the
