As required by the project progress, the equipme nt and materials used in some main con structi on site like boilers and main machi ne build ings shall be brought in whe nn eeded and shall not be stored in these places for more tha n three

12、days. They are not allowed to affect con structi on and traffic and shall be restricted by the authoriz ing system. The pili ng up of equipme nt and arranging of materials shall have orderly specifications and clear marks. The storage of large equipme nt shall be approved by the assista nt chief eng

13、in eer.3) 施工用电管理。加强施工用电管理，电源设备的布置、线路的走向、配电箱的设置要符合施工组织设计，严格遵守建设部JGJ46-2005施工现场临时用电安全技术规范，采用集装箱式变压器并使电缆直埋，从变压器到用电场地采用 统一的配电盘，并标识该盘的功率，以保证用电的合理和安全。从配电盘到用户 中间加统一的配电箱，以便使主缆、次主缆、次缆在主厂房、锅炉间及施工密集的区域统一排列，并不在地面出现。配电盘、电焊机集装箱要求盘箱内外整洁， 外壳接地良好，门轴转动灵活；电源开关柜或配电箱、插座箱采用封闭式，设专 人负责管理。3) Admi nistrati on of power supply

Make sure that container tran sformers are employed, that cables are directly buried and that uniform distributors whose power shall be marked to en sure reas on ability

16、and safety of electricity, are used in tran sformers as well as on con struct ion site where electricity is n eeded. Uniform distributi on cab in ets are n eeded by distributors and users to guara ntee un ified arran geme nt of main cables, sub-ma in-cables and sub-cables in the main mach ine build

17、ing, boilers and inten sive con structi on areas in stead of appeari ng on the ground. Make sure that in as well as out of distributors and welder contain ers, tid in ess is required and that the shell is well groun ded, the pivot can be rotated flexibly. The switch cab in ets of power or distributi

40、部负责规划；其它垃圾与废料分类存放场所以及处理措施由承包商具体负责。 垃圾与废料存放设施样式、标识按图册执行。1) Locati ons of storage for classified waste and garbage: The waste and garbage from con structi on, office and liv ing areas can be classified intofour categories: waste, recyclable waste, non-recyclable waste andcon structi on waste. The loca

41、ti on for stori ng con struct ion waste isarran ged by the supplies departme nt of the project compa ny; locati onsfor stori ng other waste and garbage and disposal of them are in the charge of the con tractor. Patter ns and marks of storage facilities for waste and garbage shall follow the Atlas .2

44、房、锅炉房高处水冲式厕所由承包商自行规划设置，并安排专人管理及打扫，保证厕所内无蚊蝇，无异味。4) Flush latri nes on the heights: flush latri nes on the heights of the steam engine room and the boiler room shall be pla ned and set up by thecon tractor. Specific pers ons are arra nged to man age and clea n them to make sure that no mosquitoes, fli

45、es or odorous smells exist in them.5) 污水沉淀池：承包商须设置污水沉淀池、蓄积池，将施工、生活废水经过沉 淀处理后排出厂区。建筑施工产生的废水主要通过沉淀方式处理；试验产生的废 水应根据特性进行化学处理；生活污水应经过隔油沉淀等方式处理。5) Sett ing tank for sewage: the con tractor shall build a sett ing tank and a reservoir which are used to dispose of the con structi on and household waste water

46、 and the n discharge it out of the site. The waste water from construction is treated mainly in a depositing way; the waste water for experime nts shall be treated in a chemical way accord ing to its property; the household waste water shall be treated in an oil-separat ing and deposit ing way.6) 污水

50、nd store waste liquid like used oil before it is devolved to some professi onal departme nt in the society.15.9.2环境保护措施15.9.2 Measures on En vir onmen tal Protect ion15.9.2.1严格控制大气污染，不得随意在现场或居民区排放含有毒废气、粉尘的 物质，禁止焚烧沥青、油毡、橡胶、皮革、垃圾、落叶及其他产生有毒、有害烟尘和恶臭气体物质。15.9.2.1 Exercise strict control on air pollution.

51、 Waste that contains toxic fumes and dusts is not allowed to be emitted on the site or reside ntial areas. Burning of bitumen, asphalt felt, rubber, plastics, leather, or other materials which produce toxic or other harmful dusts or gases with offen sive odor is forbidde n.15.9.2.2施工中的废弃物，如油漆、危险化学品、

52、油类及其用具和容器、医疗垃 圾、废酸、废碱、废电容器、废电瓶等按指定地点存放，集中统一处理。15.9.2.2 Waste from con struct ion such as paint, dan gerous chemicals, oil, in strume nts, contain ers, medical waste, spe nt acid, spe nt caustic, waste capacitors, scrap batteries is placed at designated locations for central disposal.15.9.2.3施工中推土机、挖

53、掘机、装载机、打桩机、混凝土搅拌机、震荡棒、电 锯、吊车、升降机、电焊机、锅炉蒸汽吹管等产生的噪声，应符合 GB12523-90建筑施工场界噪声极限标准。项目经理部对噪声源的重点设施、设备采取合 理安排布局，加强设备润滑和维护保养，安装消音设施等有效措施，降低噪声频 率，以减轻噪声对周围环境的影响。15.9.2.3 Noise produced by bulldozers, mecha ni cal excavators, loaders, pile drivers, con crete mixers, oscillati ng rods, electric saws, cran es,ele

57、me nts of PH before it is discharged into the sewage pipes.15.9.2.5射线设备及放射性物质的污染预防，执行放射性同位素与射线装置防 护条例。射源的存放场所必须事先经安全监察部、公安保卫部审定，总工批准,存放射源的铅房不得设置在人员密集、施工（交通）道路及可能有落物的下方， 不得与易燃、易爆、腐蚀性物质一起存放，施工现场不得存放射源，射源存放区 应设专人监护，明确责任，在存放和使用射源装置场所的入口处设置放射性标志 和防护安全联锁、报警装置，当射源活度达不到使用要求时，将废源收集在源罐 内，由中心试验室负责联系送回生产厂家，已报废的
