Startup database First we start the mysql database (if you do not install the database, you could go to the website)Click the start button, select all program, choose Mysql-MySQL server 5.1-MySQL Command line client. As figure.You will open the MySQL Command Line Client, you are required to enter the password. Enter the pass word such as “konglei”.So we startup the database. The beginning title string changed into “mysql”Input the command “show database” to view the database information.Chatroom database is ours, so we need to choose this database.Input “use chatroom” command, it will show you that “Database changed”, so you have entered the chatroom database, so after this operation, all your operation are based on this database direction. In this database, omly one table, table user is useful, we use the command ”select * from user” to select all records from table user, so we could view all records information in table user. All the records in table are registered users, they could login the system.3. Startup the system Download the eclipse from the website and install it, clieck the eclipse icon and we shall enter the eclipse.Choose the workplace path of eclipse:After we entered the eclipse, create a java project crand import the project content.
