There are four people in my familymy father, mother, sister and I.Step 2 Lead-inT: I like listening songs very much. Do you like? Ok ,lets enjoy a songfamily song. Now look at the screen and listen carefully. Step 3 Presentation1. Present the new words: father, mother, brother, sister, parents, grandfather, grandmother, grandparents, friend. Show a family photo, then give students 3 minutes to finish 1a, at last check the answers.2. Present the language points.Present the sentence pattern: This is/ That is These/Those areBy showing some pictures of Xiao Mings by PPT, learn and practice the above sentence patterns.Step 4 Practice1. Pair work: Show a family photo of Dave by PPT.T: Now you are Dave, please introduce your family using the sentences: This is my_. These are my_. That is my_. Those are my_. After a few minutes, let some students act out their dialogues with their deskmates.2.
