In case of any discrepancy in quality, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination; while for quantity discrepancy, claim should be filed by the Buyer within 15 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination.在任何质量差异的情况下，索赔应提交由买方在货物抵达目的港后30天内，数量异议时，应索赔申请之日起15日内到达后由买方货物在目的港。3. For transactions concluded on C.I.F. basis, it is understood that the insurance amount will be for 110% of the invoice value against the risks specified in the Sales Confirmation. The Seller shall not be hold liable for non-delivery or delay in delivery of the whole or any part of the contracted goods by reason of natural disasters, war or other causes of Force Majeure. However, the Seller shall notify the Buyer as soon as possible and furnish the Buyer within 15 days by registered airmail with a certificate issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade attesting such event(s).卖方不得持有非交货或延迟交付的整个或自然灾害的原因，本合同项下货物的任何部分责任，战争或其他不可抗力的原因。但是，卖方应尽快通知买方，并为促进国际贸易，证明此类事件（S）由中国国务院发出证书之日起15日内提供航空挂号买方。5. All disputes arising out of the performance of, or relating to this contract, shall be settled through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall take place in Beijing of China. The arbitral award shall be taken as final and binding upon both parties.所产生的表现，或与本合同有关的一切争议，应通过谈判加以解决。没有解决的情况下，可以通过谈判达成的，案件应提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会仲裁，按照其仲裁规则。仲裁应在中国北京举行。应采取的仲裁裁决为终局裁决，对双方都有约束力6.
