员工认可计划 Employee Recognition Plan1. 计划的目的 Purpose1.1 激励员工绩效和工作效率的提高;Embrave employee performance and increase working efficiency.1.2 认可员工贡献,建设正向组织氛围,鼓舞士气;Recognize employee contribution, build positive team, motivate morale.1.3 增加员工满意度,保留人才。Increase employee satisfaction, keep talents1.4 增强公司的竞争优势,获得长期的增长及持续的改进Enhance companys competitive advantage, gain sustainable long-term growth and continuous improvement.2. 非正式认可计划“您做得真棒”Informal recognition plan “Bravo”2.1 非正式认可计划是为了及时鼓励一线人员管理经理及时认可赞扬员工的工作表现/工作成果而设立。Informal recognition plan is to encourage manager to admit and recognize employees working performance just in time.2.2 当员工在工作中有以下行为之一时,可以获得“您做得真棒”认可Employee can get bravo when any follow behavior happens2.2.1超出期望完成原定工作任务;Finish working task beyond expected2.2.2 承担额外工作任务;Take extra working task2.2.3 节约成本;Saving the cost 2.2.4 主动承担较大的工作量;Take excessive workload initiatively2.2.5 为解决工作中一个较大困难做出贡献:Contribute in solving a significant problem2.2.6 获得大的订单或有突破性,有意义的订单;Obtain a big order2.2.7 有效及时解决重大客户问题,得到客户肯定; Solve customers big problem in time and availably, recognized by customers.2.2.8 避免了事故和危机;Avoid accidents and risk.2.2.9 其他符合公司价值观的突出行为;Other outstanding behaviors match companys value2.3 “你做得真棒”认可计划包括以下奖励:“Bravo” includes the following awards:2.3.1 由直接上级经理亲自书写的表示感谢和赞扬的卡片;Thankful and praiseful cards written by direct manager 2.3.2 奖品;A prize3. 正式认可计划员工建议奖Formal recognition plan Employee Suggestion Awards3.1 员工建议奖范围 Suggestions range 3.1.1 销售增长和促进客户服务Sales growth and customer service3.1.2 财务业绩的增长及技术改进Financial, technical performance Financial, technical performance3.1.3 改进健康、安全、环保Health, Safety and environmental performance3.1.4 改进质量及质量法规的符合性Contributions to quality and regulatory compliance3.1.5 其他涉及提高运作效率的建议Other suggestions that increase operational efficiency3.2员工建议不包括 Awards no including3.2.1员工职责范围内日常应处理的事务 The activities and affairs which are within employees job responsibilities.3.2.2员工投诉。员工投诉需根据相应的员工投诉程序执行Complaints which should be addressed in Complaints & Grievance policy.3.2.3涉及人员调动和员工薪酬、福利 The issues related to people transfer/relocation, employees compensation & benefit.3.3 参评范围为SFH全体员工,进行月度评选。Employee Suggestion Awards Program is valid for all employees. The evaluation will be conducted by month.3.4 公司成立员工建议委员会,评选委员会负责收集、汇总、评选员工建议。人力资源部负责记录并兑现和管理奖励金。The company shall set up a committee for colleting, selecting employee suggestions. HR is in charge of awards. 3.5 对于采纳的员工建议以及奖励金额,需由公司管理会批准。Selected suggestions and awards should be approved finally by the management of the company.3.6 员工建议一旦采纳,公司有权拥有相应的知识产权The company will be entitled to the intellectual property rights when the suggestions are adopted.3.7 员工建议提交 suggestion submission3.7.1 员工如有建议,需填写建议表。该建议表包括以下三部分:To bring up a suggestion, employee should fill in a Suggestion Form. A complete suggestion should have three parts: l 建议的主题及现状 What is the topic of suggestion / current situation?l 员工建议改善的内容 Employees suggestion to improvel 预计的效益以及投资评估 Expected benefits to the company / estimated investment建议表直接提交给员工建议协调员,协调员对员工建议进行记录及归档。Suggestions should be sent to Suggestions Coordinator. The coordinator should record suggestions and keep file. 3.8 员工建议评估 Suggestion assess3.8.1 员工建议评选每月举行一次, 由员工建议委员会负责对提交上来的建议进行评估,根据需要可邀请相关专业人员予以评估。The selection will be hold once a month, suggestions will be assessed by the Employee Suggestions Committee; Experts will be invited if necessary.3.8.2 对于不采纳的建议,员工建议委员会须向建议提出者说明原因。For the declined suggestions, the committee should give the proponent feedback.3.8.3 对于采纳的建议,则在“员工建议行动计划表“中列出建议的改善实施者/小组及截止日期。For selected suggestions, could list the approver and deadline in the suggestion form.3.9 员工建议实施Actualize suggestion3.9.1 改善实施者/小组在截止期内,及时实施合理化建议改善。The improver should implement the suggestion before deadline.3.9.2 员工建议委员会督促员工建议的实施。The committee should supervise the process of implement the suggestion. 3.9.3 改善完成后,由员工建议委员会及职能经理验收改善结果,确认后放入执行完毕的建 议档中。After realized suggestions, the improver shall invite the committee to qualify the effect of rationalization suggestion. If its good, put the rationalization suggestion into “realized box”.3.10员工建议跟踪Follow up suggestion3.10.1 员工建议协调员对改善进行跟踪,了解改善实施进度。The coordinator shall follow up and understand the progress3.10.2 对在实施过程中因变化或其他特殊情况的而未完成的改善进行重新评估。If the process is changed or couldnt be finished on time, it should be re-evaluated.3.11奖励 Reward3.11.1 采纳的建议由员工建议委员会从经济效益、无形影响和创新三方面对建议进行评估。Every suggestion will be evaluated from economical effects, intangible effects and innovation by committee.3.11.2 对于能给公司创造突出利益的员工建议,公司有权决定是否增加奖励金额。In the case of particularly outstanding benefits for the company, the company may at its sole decision i
