摘要 随着中国与西方国家经济往来的日益频繁，文化交流也发展迅速。越来越多的西方 读者渴望了解丰富的中国文化。乐府是中国文学与文化的一颗璀璨明珠，内容广博，体 裁多样，负载着中华民族深厚的文化内涵，直接反映出中华民族传统的文化价值取向， 因此日益受到中西方译者的青睐。文化翻译学派认为翻译即是文化交流。本论文以此为 理论基础，从汉英两种语言中词汇这一语法单位出发，就乐府诗不同译本间显现的文化 翻译策略进行了初步探讨。认为，归化和异化策略是文化翻译过程中两个大的方向。为 了便于分析，论文将归化和异化策略过程中所使用的具体方法分为意译、替换、增译、 省译和音译、直译、注释七种，并结合不同译本，对各种方法进行了说明。 论文共分三章。第一部分是对乐府诗、乐府翻译实践和乐府翻译评论的简要梳理。 第一章通过对文化、语言和翻译三者之间关系的解读，明确了文化因素对其他两者所起 的绝对制约作用。第二章首先对以往出现的文化翻译的定义进行了回顾，并把本文研究 乐府诗翻译的范围缩小到了文化负载词层面。随后，论文以奈达对文化的分类方法为理 论依据，对乐府诗中出现的文化负载词按生态、物质、社会、语言和宗教五个方面进行 了举例和归类。指出了译者在翻译乐府文化负载词时会遇到的种种困难以及需要特别注 意的问题。第三章以乐府诗中形形色色的文化负载词作为文本样本，对不同译者的翻译 策略进行了统计分析，结论证明，单纯的归化或是异化下的译本是不存在的。无论同一 译者还是不同译者间，以及同一译本还是不同译本间，归化和异化都构成了实质上的互 补，以满足翻译作为文化交流这一角色的需要。 关键词：文化翻译乐府诗文化负载词翻译策略 v i a b s t r a c t a l o n gw i t ht h em o r ea n dm o r ef r e q u e n te c
