乙醇钛的电合成及应用研究 摘要 本文详细研究了乙醇钛的电合成过程，并基于该过程开发了一种 新颖的步电解制备溶胶及伐t i 单晶金属粉体的方法，该方法制得 的溶胶凝胶材料可用于电活性物质的固定。 首先，本文研究了钛阳极在乙醇体系内的阳极溶解过程以及电解 过程中各反应参数对电合成结果的影响。研究表明在绝对无水的乙醇 体系中，钛的阳极溶解过程经过了三步失电子过程，在每一步反应中 一 均失去个电子，最终的动力学终产物是三价钛。在至含水量的乙 醇体系内，当实际电位低于击穿电位时，钛阳极表面钝化膜的生长过 程遵循m a c d o n a l d 模型，当实际电位高于击穿电位时，阳极的钝化与 氧化物的溶解同时进行。在恒电流阳极充电实验中，钝化膜的生长呈 现两个不同的速率。本文的第一部分也对恒电流电解过程中各个参数 对电位，电流效率，收率以及时空产率进行了细致的研究，得到最佳 的工艺条件力：温度为6 0 。c ，电极距离0 6 c m ，电流密度8 m a c m 2 ， 支持电解质浓度0 0 0 6 9 m l ，电解时间9 小时，此时电流效率以及产 物收率均在9 0 以上。 在乙醇钛电合成过程的基础上，开发了一种新颖的一步电解制备 溶胶以及0 【。t i 单晶金属粉体的方法。在电解过程中，控制相应的温 度并加入定量的水，可以在反应结束后直接得到钛氧化物溶胶，同时 在电解过程中，由于不同晶型的钛电活性不同，从而使电溶解速率不 同，电活性较差的a -
