On the contrary, high-context culture hide a lot of things behind their speech, you have to think more. The high-context countries have China, Japan, Korea, American Indian, and most Latin American cultures, Southern and eastern Mediterranean Cultures such as Greece, Turkey and Arab states. The low-context countries have Switzerland, German, Northern America, including the U.S. Nordic states.,communication,Individualists Collectivists,Personal freedom is more important than anything.They always put themsleves on the first position.,They are quite different from the form ones.They make a decision will think about more for the team instead of themsleves.,Social values,In terms of social values,individualists tend to speak their mind and tell the truth.They say what they want to say about everything and seldom think about others,even if they know that their words can hurt them.They only work for their own interest.For example,if someone do something wrony carelessly,they will point it out directly without hesitation.But because of this,they always give objective evaluations too.,Social values,On the contrary,collectivists tend to look before they leap.They think more about others.So,they always want to aviod confrontation and maintain harmony.In dealing with the relationship of the people,they do a better job.For example,a team that all members are collectivists seldom has conflicts when they are working.,Decision-making,Individualists Collectivists,Personal freedom is more important than anything.They always put themsleves on the first position.,They are quite diff
