Choose the one from Baoding Zhongheng Heli Electrical Co., Ltd. 3.8 接地开关与带电指示器:厂标3.8 Grounding switch and potential indicator: As marked by the manufacturer. 4 设计和结构4. Design and structure4.1高压开关柜应为五防柜。4.1 High-voltage switchgear should be the 5-prevention cabinet. 4.2开关柜的外客盖板和门必须是金属的,柜体材料采用进口敷铝锌版,同时具有足够的强度,正常操作和维护不需打开的盖板若不使用工具应不能打开、拆开或移动,而正常操作和维护需打开的盖板和门应不需要工具能打开或移动,并设有连锁装置来保证操作者的安全。4.2 The housing, cover plate and door of the switchgear must be made of metal while the body of imported aluminum plated zinc plate and with sufficient strength. The cover plate needing not to be opened in normal operation and maintenance should not be able to be opened, removed or moved without tools while the cover plate and door needing to be opened in normal operation and maintenance should be able to be opened or moved with interlock device set to ensure the safety of the operator. 4.3 开关柜应设必要的观察窗,便于观察运行中的设备。4.3 The switchgear should be set with necessary observation window to observe the operating equipment. 4.4 开关柜设有良好的通风系统,使柜内温升不超过各组件温升要求,同时可触及的外壳和盖板温升不超过20。4.4 The switchgear should be set with excellent ventilation system so that the temperature rise inside the cabinet will not exceed that required by every module; and that of the touchable housing and cover plate should not be more than 20. 4.5 开关柜内设置防潮加热器,开关柜投运时防潮加热器自动断电,开关柜停运时防潮加热器自动投入(开关柜状态显示器成套),该加热器电源为单相220VAC。4.5 The inside of the switchgear is set with anti-damp heater, which will automatically power off when the switchgear is put into operation or automatically power of when the switchgear stops (switchgear status display in set) and whose power supply is 1-phase 220VAC. 4.6 开关柜的防护等级包括观察窗、通风窗、排风口在内不低于IP30。4.6 The protection level of the switchgear including the observation window, the ventilation window and the air exit should not be less than IP30. 4.7 绝缘器件的绝缘强度和单纯以空气作为绝缘介质时各导体之间和对地净距必须符合DL404-91(户内交流高压开关柜订货技术条件)的要求。4.7 The insulation strength of insulated components and the clear distance between conductors and to the ground when only air is used as insulation medium must comply with the requirements of DL404-91 (Technical Conditions for the Order of Indoor AC High-voltage Switchgears). 4.8 同类型的刀开关部件(小车、隔离插头等),必须具有良好的互换性。4.8 The knife switch components (dolly, isolating plug, etc.) of the same type must have excellent interchangeability.4.9 高压开关柜的断路器和操作机构应安装牢固,避免影响柜上仪表和继电器的正常工作。4.9 The breaker and operation mechanism of the high-voltage switchgear should be installed firmly in order to avoid affecting the normal work of the instruments and relays in the cabinet. 4.10 测量仪表继电保护装置和二次回路图4.10 Diagram of measuring meters, relay protective devices and secondary circuits 4.10.1 测量仪表、继电保护装置与高压带电部分应完全隔离并有足够的距离,以保证在高压带电部分不停电的情况下进行工作,人员不致触及运行中的高压导电体。4.10.1 The measuring meters and the relay protective devices should be completely separated and have sufficient distance from the high-voltage live parts so as to ensure that the personnel will not touch the working high-voltage conductors when they are live. 4.10.2 测量仪表和继电保护装置应有可靠的防震措施,不因断路器和闸震动影响它的正常工作和性能。4.10.2 The measuring meters and relay protective devices should have reliable anti-shock measures so that their normal work and performance will not be affected due to breaker and gate vibration. 4.10.3 测量仪表、继电器和终端保护器型号规格见二次原理图,仪表和继电器连接采用多股软铜线,引出线的连接端子采用南京菲尼克斯电气有限公司产品。每台高压柜的端子数量按不少于150个考虑,对于电机回路的高压柜每台考虑一台电流变送器。4.10.3 For the model and specs of the measuring meters, relays and terminal protectors, see the secondary circuit diagram. The connection of meters and relays adopts multi-section soft copper lines; the connection end of the outgoing line adopts the product from Nanjing Phoenix Electrical Co., Ltd. The number of the terminals of every high-voltage switch should not be less than 150; for the high-voltage switchgear with motor circuit, every cabinet should consider one current transducer. 4.10.4 连接导线截面电流回路不小于2.5mm2,电压回路不小于1.5mm2。4.10.4 The section current circuit of the connection lead wire should not be less than 2.5mm2 and the voltage circuit not less than 1.5mm2. 4.11 涂漆和颜色4.11 Paint and color 内部涂反光差大的浅色,表面涂不反光、不刺目色,颜色根据色卡确定,油漆必须是同一型号、同一批产品。The inside is painted with the light color with large reflection difference while the surface with the non-reflective and non-shining color. The drawings and this technical annex should be the valid integral parts of the technical documents for bidding. When they conflict with each other, be sure to inquire in writing to clarify the conflict. 3. 本设计图纸中所标注的所有电气元器件型号仅为设计参考依据。3. The models of all electric components marked in this design drawing are only used as the reference for the design. 4. 卖方无偿提供在高压开关柜上安装调试和运行期间所需的易损件,正式投产后所需的备品备件买方向卖方采购时,卖方应尽全力满足买方要求。4. The Seller should provide free of charge the wearable parts necessary during the installation, debugging and operation of the high-voltage switchgear. All protection units are mutually independent and not affect each other and can accomplish their own protection function independently and send protection information to the back office monitoring system via the communication interface.
