Unit 1 How can we become good learners设计思路本单元话题围绕学习本身,讲述了学习的障碍及对应的解决办法,对学生有重要意义。Section A内容上侧重英语学习的方法,需要学生学习、训练相关的语言内容及技能。从编排上看,1a主题图及该部分所列短语呈现了英语学习的几种方法,如:by working with friends,by making word cards,by asking the teacher for help等。通过对学习方法的呈现及表达,引导学生认识“by+动词-ing”结构。然后通过后面的听力练习、口头交流、及语篇阅读等任务或活动对目标语言进行多维操练,达到帮助学生熟练掌握运用的目的。ction A(3a4c)step2情景导入(2分钟)Hello, everyone! Ive learned a lot that way.4.大声朗读听力材料。5.放下听力材料,要求学生模仿听力内容,利用2a,2b的信息分角色练习对话完成2c的练习。然后邀请2-3对同学当堂演示。看哪一对的表现最佳。6.播放2d的对话录音,让学生跟读,模仿并理解大意。然后让学生分角色朗读并表演2d的对话。7.对话内容巩固训练。要求学生根据2d对话的内容完成下列各句。完成后要求若干学生给出自己的答案。以巩固对对话内容的了解。1) Jack is a little nervous because he has to finish reading a book and give a report next Monday.2)Is Jack a good reader?No,hes a very slow reader.3)How does Annie read? She reads word groups.4)We neednt use a dictionary to look up every new word we meet when we are reading.5)Sometimes we can guess the meaning of a new word by reading the sentences before and after it.听力和模仿性对话训练,进一步操练目标语言.学生分角色朗读并表演并进行对话巩固训练.将听、说、读、写的任务结合起来不仅锻炼了学生的语言综合运用能力,还巩固了学生对目标语言的学习、识记和运用。让学生运用目标语言进行交流,提高其语用能力,以及与他人合作交往的能力。Step 4完成教材3a-3b的任务1.要求学生快速默读短文,熟知大意,并完成课本3a的任务。然后邀请几位同学给出自己的答案,全班一起检查讨论。2.先邀请几位同学阅读短文(可一人一段),教师要注意语音,及时纠正。然后播放录音,全班同学一起跟读。3.短文内容巩固练习。教师可给出一篇改写了的短文,将一些重点的表达方式空出。让学生在规定的时间内补全短文。然后邀请若干同学给出自己的答案。Last year, Wei Fen didnt like English class. She thought every English class was a bad dream to her because her English teacher spoke so quickly that she couldnt follow her. She was also weak in pronunciation, so she was afraid to ask questions.Later, Wei Fen discovered that watching English movies could help to improve her English skills. She learned to guess the meaning by the expressions on the faces or body language of the characters in the movies. She became interested in listening something interesting in English.
