莲花小学五年级班主任工作总结清华大学英语系测试:为中小学生英语量身定做.官方网站:/ 清华大学英语教授研究组提供莲花小学五年级班主任工作总结经过一学期的努力,我针五年级学生的特点,主要以培养学生良好的行为规范为主要内容,收了一定的成效,现总结如下:一、感受:担任一年级班主任工作一期来,我的感触很深。这一代孩子在被父母宠坏了,任性、不讲礼貌、自私不顾及他人、缺乏爱心与同情心。面对他们,作为班主任,那工作琐碎极了,下苦功,反反复复的进行良好行为习惯的培养,要做到让他们摒弃许多家庭、社会、伙伴给予的不良行为习惯的培养,要做到让他们摒弃许多家庭、社会、伙伴给予的不良影响,这太难了!只有慢慢的、点点滴滴的收获。二、用真爱去感染学生。用真爱去感染他们,让他们因被爱而学会去爱。我亲切地呼唤他们,为他们整理衣领、学具,与他们一起打扫卫生,教学课文时也不放过任何一点爱的熏陶。利用日常生活里发生的随机事件加以引导,热情地向困难的学生、病的学生、有不良行为的学生伸出友谊的双手。通过上述的细节,让他们在潜移黩化中感受爱、发现爱、并学会去爱。三、重视在课堂内的常规训练.一学期以来,我针对班上学生实际,利用一切有利时间加强了学生学习习惯的培养.首先训练学生的正确读书和写字姿势,每天提醒他们注意三个一,读书时要求全班同学都拿起书做到手到,眼到,口到,心到.只要做作业,就不停地提醒纠正不良姿势.当学生起来发言时,则要求他们站端正,两眼平视前方,态度自然大方,并且说话时声音要响亮,吐词要清楚.在听的能力方面,则要求他们注意听别人说话,听清楚说话的内容,记在心中,要说得出来,这些办法对学生听的习惯养成起到了一定的促进作用.现在学生在课堂上读,写,坐,站,听,说的正确姿势逐步养成.四、规范学生行为,培养学生良好的习惯。为了规范学生行为,我还将学校的常规,学习,劳动等教育向家庭延伸,要求学生每天按时起床睡觉;讲文明懂礼貌,经常使用礼貌用语;养成在家认真复习功课和参加劳动的习惯;培养学生自理能力通过活动,本班涌现出一大批好人好事.班上学生生病,同学互相关心;同学有困难,互相帮助,同学吐了,不怕脏臭主动打扫.该班学生表现十分积极,充分体现了学生热爱集体,关心他人的优秀品质正在逐渐形成.现代教育理论告诉我们,要组织一个成功的班级,班主任首先要选择一些品学兼优、责任心强、身体健康、乐意为同学服务的学生担任班干部,并根据他们性格、能力的差异,安排相应的工作,尽心地进行培养和教育,使之成为同学的榜样,带动其他同学不断进取。接手五(1)班的班主任工作后,班级风貌更上一个新台阶,我特别重视班干部的队伍建设。下面让我来谈谈自己的一些做法和体会。一、发现选拔班干部由于所有的学生都经历了一个学年的不平衡发展,我决定对原有的班委会进行重大的调整。在班干部的产生过程中,我认为教师的包办代替,必定会使班干部失去群众基础,给日后的工作带来不必要的困难,是不可取的!但是,单纯的所谓的民主,让学生完全自决,一些学生往往会倾向选举自己的好朋友,以便在以后的班级管理中得到照顾,同样有不足。比较好的办法应该是先民主后集中,即先让学生进行投票选举,再由教师权衡。为了使学生的选举结果更具代表性,我让大家在规定的时间内推荐20位同学上来,然后再按所得票数的多寡进行排列,前12位的同学始得当选,这样可以最大限度地让学生发表意见,而且选出的干部往往又比较理想。最后再根据所选干部的气质、性格类型以及能力的差异进行分工,优化班委组合。实践证明,在民主选举的基础上,经过班主任的优化组合而产生的班委会,得到了同学们的信任和拥护,具有较强的战斗力。二、教育培养班干部班主任对班干部,不能只是使用,还应该进行教育和培养。我经常教育他们树立为集体服务的光荣感和责任感,要求他们努力学习、团结同学、以身作则,鼓励他们既要大胆工作,又要严格要求,注意工作方法。当然,选出的干部毕竟不是完人,因此对他们不能过分苛求、指责,特别是在工作出现失误的时候。例如负责清洁卫生督促检查工作劳卫委员,起初对自己的工作好像不太满意,每天只是把那些未参加清洁工作同学的名字以及清洁状况告诉我,为此,我反复向她讲述清洁卫生工作与同学们身体健康和班级精神风貌的内在联系,同时讲解该项工作的要点,让她重新怀着满腔的热情投入自己的工作中去,后来的情况表明,她们的工作完成得相当出色!此外,我还坚持定期召开班干部会议,组织他们学会制订计划及具体措施,检查落实情况,总结得失,并加以改进,教会他们如何分辨是非,及时阻止同学中的不良行为。而对于班干部在班级中的不良行为,决不姑息,鼓励他们以身作则并带动其他同学,促进整个班级的管理工作。三、增强班干部间的凝聚力集体是在活动中产生的,大集体如此,小集体也一样。我每月组织一次班干部集体做好事活动。例如搞大扫除等,通过活动扩大班干部在同学中的积极影响,通过活动加强班干部之间的协作精神和团体意识。这样既能在班干部的纪律及常规管理上起到明显的效果,又能使班干部之间也能因此养成团结友爱的习惯,在班级中孕育团结友爱的风气,使班级成为一个大家庭。诚然,在班干部队伍建设的工作中,我认为自己还存在很多的不足和缺陷。但Unit 10一、请根据汉语提示完成下列句子、which is _shirt?The green one.哪一件是最便宜的衬衫?绿色的这件。、Which is all the bikes.哪一辆自行车是最好的?3. is the most expensive? You like music very much ,dont you? 加强常规管理 深化课程改革全面提高小学教学质量教学质量是学校的生命线,而管理是提高教学质量的基石。“以管理促进教研、以教研深化课改”,是我们新学年的教学管理的指导方针。今天主要讲两个方面:一、上学年教学质量分析1、 五年级教学质量分析今年小学五年级教学质量考查,命题指导思想是:充分体现新课程的新理念、紧紧围绕教学目标,致力于考出教师教的方法和学生学的过程。力求达到以试题指导教学的目的。考试组织严密,成绩真实可靠。下面我们分析一组数字,语文全市平均及格率92.7%,数学全市及格率87.1%,综合全市及格率85.9%,英语全市及格率87.3%。这组数字说明,走进新课程改革以来,我们所取得的成绩是肯定的,工作是成功的。特别是英语列入考核二年来,效果明显英语学科的及格率比去年上升了17.7个百分点,消除一些试题因素,说明各校领导重视和加强英语学科的教学。再看全市各学科的均分:语文93.9分、数学78.9分、英语80.6分、综合72分。多少年来综合学科均分占优势的惯例打破了,追其根本原因,是走进新课程科学、品德与生活(社会)的 改革力度是最大的,教材留有众多的空白有很大的开放性。在这门学科上,要象英语科一样,舍得拿出几个好教师来,培养成本单位的学科把关教师。我们不能按旧黄历对待新问题,小学教育更要注重全面发展,我市考核也是这个指导思想。我市考评的是语文、数学、英语、综合四科的均分、全及格率和总分优秀率,有许多单位因此而吃亏。2、关于小学三年级的考试:小学抽测,重点就是引导全市各校,要各年级,各学科统筹考虑,全面发展。今年对三年级进行了抽测,有些单位漏洞百出。就农村之间比较,三年级抽测总得分,最大相差50%,和五年级总分最大相差19%相比,显然差距较大。因此,在年级、各学科均衡发展上要引起重视。3、关于一至四年级各单位所报成绩汇总情况分析:一至四年级期末考试,由教研室统一供题,各单位自己组织考试,教研室只做统计不评估,所以所报成绩应该真实可信,以供各单位参考对照。4、关于今年考核评估。今年的考核评估,除按教育局介教字2004第12号文件关于修订小学、初中教学质量竞赛方案的通知进行了考核评估外,增加了去年教学工作会议上提出的把各单位教师培养、教学质量评估增减幅度,列入评估。其目的就是引导大家要重视培养教师,科学统筹调配教学资源,从长计议,按教学规律办事,全面提高小学教学大量。只想钻政策的空了,找一点对策,哪只能走进死胡同。二、今后的工作思路:一、 创新“区域性”教学常规管理机制 努力创造管理特色“区域性九年一贯制”管理体制,作为介休教育管理体制的特色之一已经步入常态,但在实践操作中我们也遇到了许多新问题。因此, 要跃上新的台阶远比开始阶段遇到的困难要大的多。所以我们要明确责任,创造性地开展工作,创新“区域性”教学常规管理机制,努力创造出其管理特色。具体提几点意见:1、明确专职副校长的责任 专职副校长是各单位小学教学的实践管理者和具体指导者,是提高小学教学质量的直接责任人。这就要求专职副校长具有较强的领导能力和业务能力。在所管辖的小学区域内,要培养好两支队伍校长队伍和教师队伍;要精通两门以上小学学科教学,让自己具有“导师”的能力,在指导教学中做到心中有数、底气十足;抓常规管理,开展教学研究活动,因地制宜创造性地开展工作。2、有效展开学区教研活动 搞好学区教研活动是促进教师不断反思自己的教育教学思想和行为,端正教育观念,改进教学方法,全面提高教育教学质量,实现教师专业发展的必由之路。如何使这一活动开展得扎实有效是我们新学年的一个重要课题,大家从以下几方面抓起:、抓“校本教研”制度的建立 新学年的任务是各中学要因地制宜改进和完善“校本教研”的教学研究制度,制定出对所辖小学的统一常规管理考核办法,以利于对教师进行量化考核。明确校长是搞好“校本教研”的第一责任人。校长要将主要精力用于教学研究和教学管理,致力于建立教学研究的导向机制、激励机制和保障机制。 、抓教师的自身建设 教师是学校开展“校本教研”活动的主体,是学习的组织者、引导者和参与者。 有句广告词说的好:学习改变命运,学习成就未来。走进新课程学习更是我们的首要任务,学习是工作的需要,工作也因学习而高效。作为领导要积极指导教师选定好各学科专业性强、具有学科权威的教学杂志,“它山之石,可以攻玉。”我们要让教师学会“借力”、学会自己“发电”,引导学教师在实际教学中,养成终身学习的愿望和能力。努力使学习成为教师的一种生活习惯,努力创建“学习型”的学校。、抓集体备课 上学年我们推行的开展集体备课,落实“三级教案”的做法,在大多数学校已初见成效,但还存在一些问题:有个别单位对落实“三级教案”的程序与方法理解有误;有的单位则是走了形式,没有发挥其促进研讨、资源共享、以点带面的效能。本学年对小学“三级教案”要以集优秀教师之思想,集全组教师之智慧,解放教师个体过重的备课负担为重点。扎实高效开展好“三级教案”的管理与使用。对一级教案要研究加学习,一是研究学习对新课标思想的具体化落实,二是研究学习对教材的处理,三是研究学习教法学法,四是研究学习教学流程,五是研究学习作用和效果。对二级教案,一是落实一级教案的思想灵魂,二是集全组人员智慧,加工创造出较细的框架教案,三是单元教学目标要求明确,重点难点、教法学法形成统一共识,四是一次活动不能只备一两节课的教案。三级教案
